A: I will need you''re IMEI number that can be found when you key in *#06# from your phones dialpad, it is a 15 digit number. Sometimes you will see a 17 digit number, please only include the 1st 15 digits when you enter the IMEI number during the checkout process. Do NOT take the IMEI number that is found on the box and submit that, sometimes the IMEI''s from the phone itself and the box are different. If you supply an imei that is not from the screen of the phone, you will not be refunded.
